What is important when operating an AI chatbot

A key prerequisite for the successful use of an AI chatbot is the provision of well-structured and high-quality knowledge data. This should be cleansed of irrelevant or outdated information in advance and clearly organized to ensure precise and reliable responses to user queries.

In addition, in the context of data protection, it is particularly important to check whether and to what extent user input is transmitted to server locations outside the EU – for example in the USA. The applicable data protection regulations must be carefully observed here.
